Ben discovered his deep passion for native plants while working in the Little Sandy Desert in 2019. Since then, he has steadily built expertise in endemic species, floral communities, and their associated soil types across the South West Australia biodiversity hotspot.
Over four years of hands-on experience as a technician and team leader has equipped Ben with strong knowledge of invasive species and proven control methods.
Ben’s mission is to guide SERCUL technicians in delivering professional, industry-leading environmental management practices.
He is dedicated to personal growth and deeply committed to developing others, focusing always on unlocking his team’s full potential. By thoroughly understanding clients’ needs, Ben ensures that every environmental solution is carefully tailored to the specific context and requirements of each project.
