Community Landcare Manager
BSc in ‘Conservation and Wildlife Biology’ and ‘Environmental Management’ with Honours in ‘Environmental Science’ (Murdoch University)
Before stepping into the Community Landcare Manager role in 2025, Jayson had been a valued member of the SERCUL team since 2020. He previously worked as both a Community Landcare Officer and a River Health Improvement Program Officer. He brings with him a strong passion for native flora and a deep commitment to community involvement.
Jayson collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, including community groups, the general public, and local and state government bodies. His work includes writing grant applications, delivering on-ground environmental and landcare projects, and undertaking environmental monitoring. Through his dedication and experience, Jayson continues to support the health and resilience of local ecosystems across the region.
