Board Member
Patricia brings nearly two decades of experience in Urban and Regional Planning within Local Government to the SERCUL Board. She has tertiary level qualifications in Urban and Regional planning, as well as qualifications in team and project management.
As a qualified Town Planner, she has a robust background in public administration, management, and business improvement, leveraging these skills to navigate complex development and environmental challenges. Her professional background includes various leadership roles, providing her with a strong foundation of skills she is keen to leverage for SERCUL’s continued success.
A long-time advocate for environmental protection in the planning space, Patricia is currently advancing her knowledge with a Diploma in Sustainability. Having recently moved to the Perth Hills, she is committed to supporting the Board’s work in preserving and enhancing the local environment for generations to come. Patricia was elected to the Board in October 2025.
