Great Cocky Count workshop

There are a few spots left for the Great Cocky Count workshop on Thursday 15th of March. Its FREE to attend.Find out how Citizen Science is playing a critical role in conservation of our amazing Black Cockatoos.The workshop will focus on the three species of black-cockatoos in southwest WA, their identification, biology, ecology, behaviour, threats, and how to get involved with the survey.  BirdLife Australia will also present information on how to help black-cockatoos in their neighbourhood.There will be an opportunity for questions and answers with Birdlife Australia at the end of the presentation.The City of Armadale, in partnership with the Bushcare Environmental Working Group (BEWG) and the Armadale Gosnells Landcare Group (AGLG), is hosting the workshop.Bookings are essential for catering purposes.
